Flow works between MacOs and Windows but it doesn't work on iPad OS. Logitech does have a feature called Flow which can be setup within Logitech Options.
#LOGITECH MOUSE FOR MAC PRO#
To make things easier, I paired my iMac to the first profile on both devices, iPad Pro to the second profile, and the HP laptop to the third profile. In regards to switching between devices, you can pair up to three devices to the mouse and keyboard. But all Windows commands still work when I switch over to the HP Laptop (CNT + C to copy, CNT + P to paste, to switch through your running programs on Windows is Option + tab, etc). The Keyboard is labeled with the usual labels you would see on an Apple keyboard. They Keyboard comes with the unifying receiver and USB-C to USB-C cable and the mouse comes with a USB-C to USB-C cable. The mouse and keyboard works great with all three devices.
#LOGITECH MOUSE FOR MAC WINDOWS 10#
I have it connected to my iMac, iPad Pro (2020), and an HP Windows 10 laptop that I use for work. I purchased both the MX Master 3 Keyboard and Mouse for Mac.
